I seriously doubt people go out and race on the highway up to 140+ mph on a nightly basis.

 

north scottsdale ... it may not be nightly or even weekly especially in the summer but there are some seriously long roads with no stops or lights or cameras and being scottsdale your sure to see some pretty expensive cars out there running easily that fast if your lucky enough to find the races.
