Proper/most effective way to datalog?
I'm trying to get my feet wet here, a rookie when it comes to tunes. I've had a trifecta tune for a while now, and never took the time to log and optimize. I had time today so I did 3 logs. One from 2nd to 3rd, one just a 3rd gear pull, and one "normal driving" 1st through 5th at normal speeds.
I realized doing this, that there must be a "correct" way to log, and that I, as they say, was probably "doin' it wrong"!
Any input from those more experienced, as to how best take logs?
Thanks for your help!

Depends on what you are logging at the time. If its timing at WOT then obviously do a pull through a few gears. If you are logging low throttle fuel trims or anything at cruise then just put around at partial throttle. Basically what you are logging specifically will determine how you should log
FROM VINCE
Generally speaking I only care about seeing a log of the vehicle at WOT, BUT sometimes I am interested in other types of logging as well, especially if there are drivability problems or the tune is “exotic”, meaning we had to make many modifications to it to make it run properly.
