Don't know yet, but I'm guessing they will have to replace the fuse box. It's $174 from gmpartsdirect, but since I just bought the car I'm making them fix it.

I pulled one of the relays, and around the prongs it has a funky color to it, like it got wet at some point.

My car did this almost two years ago. Lights were stuck ON even after disconnecting the battery overnight, etc. BCM had to be replaced.

From what I could see of it, it doesn't look too difficult. Unplug a few harnesses, and relocate all the fuses, relay's to the new fusebox

I know what you mean. I'll throw up a post with what the dealer did to fix the problem when I get it back.

Problem Solved: Headlights won't turn off

I got my car back from the dealer, and the problem with the headlights not turning off was the under hood fuse box. I was also having a problem with the car intermittently not cranking. All the lights would come on, but it wouldn't turn over. The dealer replaced the theft deterrent transponder module to fix the problem. Just thought I'd throw that out there as an FYI, in case anybody else was having that problem.

Thanks for the update! I also had to replace my underhood fuse box due to water ***********. I'm surprised more don't have this problem.

It's a problem with the fuse box itself shorting out.....not sure about the BCM location. What I did to help prevent the problem from happening again is put 1/4 weather stripping in the channel on the fuse box lid.

Hey Guys I am having the same issue here how hard is it to replace the fusebox? has anyone tried pulling the fuses and letting it dry out in a garage over night and then putting the weather stripe around the case? would that correct it?

I had the dealer replace mine. It doesn't look that hard if you wanted to do it yourself though. I doubt letting it dry would help. If the circuit board in the fuse box has been shorted out, it's bound to be damaged. It wouldn't hurt to try though.

My problem was low beam headlights remaining on. Had to pull the two lo-beam 10amp fuses or risk the battery going dead. Solution was to replace the underhood fusebox (on driver's side). I purchased the fusebox from gmpartsdirect for $175. When you order, be prepared to have your VIN. Replacement was very easy although time consuming (replacing all the relays and fuses). Good luck.

has anyone with a T/C had this issue yet? it rained for the first time here in awhile last night and after parking my car and letting it sit over night i woke up with a dead battery and when i jump started my car let it run and shut it off after awhile i noticed my lows and fogs where stuck on. I have HID's in my car though and when i replaced the relays with new ones it didn't fix the issue and the only way to shut the lights off was to pull the inline fuses before the relays. any advice? i would like to not spend the money on a new fuse box if that wouldn't solve the issue.
