September Meet

Hey guys, HAVOC Family out of the high desert, we all got together and decided we would take point on the september meet. It's going to be the 20th and 21st. One of our guys graduates from USMC boot camp on the 19th so this will be a good present for him. we're going to meet at the Lowes at CSUSB at 11 and than head to get some food there in San Bernardino. After we eat we'll head onto the 18 and cruise up the 18 into Big Bear. Buckweed has informed me of an event going on at Bear Mtn. http://www.bearmountain.com/index_winter.php . We will head up to this and hopefully have an enjoyable day. Afetr anyone that's interested we can head back to the cabin up there and have a BBQ. Also open to suggestions. We will do the meet and cruise itself on the 20th and anyone that wants to we will get a campsite and the stay the night through the 21st.

Update- K guys this meet is getting really big. I have also invited the nor cal, az, and vegas guys. Also hoped on the HHR and ION forums and invited our other ecotec brothers so hopefully this will be a huge meet. Does anyone know if there is a G5 forum site? Also We have decided on staying in a cabin and splitting the cost. It looks like the cost will be between 10-20 dollars everyone. Ok here is the adress for the lowes where we will be meeting up. It's really easy right of the freeway.

4060 Hallmark Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA

K here are some cabins what do u guys think?

This is good, this is what we need. Start setting up the meets a few months in advance. Now there will be plenty of time to get it all the details figured out and plenty of warning for every one that wants to go.

yea pretty much guys. I was thinking about starting down there at the bottom in highland or san bernardino and than taking the 18 or 330 up into downtown big bear. the 18 is more scenic and tought driving

Alright everyone the team talked it over tonight. We have decided all to meet up at CSUSB (that's cal state san bernardino) at 11. We'll hop on the 30 for about 2 miles to the 18. Take the 18 up through arrowhead and rim and running springs into downtown big bear/big bear lake as the cruise. The road is pretty bad ass it'll deffiantly teat ur cars handaling.lol. Now the rest is up to u guys. My buddy has a B&B right by the slopes we can park there and BBQ play some sports just hang. It's also in main downtown so everyone will see us. Or we can go to a site on the lake and enjoy the lake, up to u guys. But the weather will be very nice that time of year. Can you post a map of that cruise for me CASol?
