I don't see why not. Some wires maybe a bit different but should be doable.

someone said this on another board and i was confused. if you have a 08+ SS/tc i would think this is pointless sicne you already have all that standard...which is why its not offered for the ss. i dunno, maybe im confused.

is it really that bad? I've never experienced it.

That is the advantage to the WOT box...it's completely user adjustable.

You just spin, unless you slip the clutch. Yes these cars have NLS and launch control... but it doesn't build any boost at idle!

well it says that you arent supposed to just drop the clutch anyways, so i think for what it is, the standard equipment works fine. and besides, wouldnt a good driver get better results just doing a standard launch with the launch control and traction control off? if thats the case, then i still dont really see a need to purchase that product for the ss/tc, especially cause the NLS feature works pretty well IMO also

People must not know how to launch there cars if they're just spinning tires.

5500 rpm and dump the clutch... it's gonna spin! What they don't know is that you must slip the clutch to get it to work properly!

Jesus people....

the 2 step box helps build boost while you are sitting at the line

The factory Launch control does not build any boost.

With the DR's it could be advantageous to build boost before launching.

Just curious... how does the WOT box build boost as opposed to the factory LC?

qft.
people dont realize that you must slip the **** outa the clutch to pull a really decent 60ft

everyone just dumps, wheels spin car goes no where. what i hate about this box is it works off of our clutch up switch, so you can be attempting to slip the clutch but it doesnt stop cutting spark till its all the way up, so you cant slip it to fast or it will spin and you cant slip it to slow or it will hit spark cut, its like anything out there you have to "dail it in" whether it be the product or driver input.

OMG people!!!!! If you have a 08 or 09 SS TC you have both NLF and Launch Control. The problem is that most people are not using the Launch Control the right way. At 5,000 RPM you never dup the clutch all the way out at once. If you do that on the street or track wheel spin is all you will get. You need to let the clutch out slow and smooth. Think of it as going from a stop holding the RPM at 2,000 and riding the cultch out. Yes this will ware out the clutch but at 5,000 your car will move faster off the line then at 2,000. The SS Cobalt TC has a heavy duty clutch and it can and will take this abuse. Remember NLS can be done out of Comp Mode. I've played with this at the track a lot and trust me I know what I’m talking about. I will be posting a Video soon in the "how to discussion" soon. Any Q/A PM me till then. Long story short don’t blow your money on stuff you already have.
