Gms1 installed
It is the GM stage 1 kit for the new SS/TC. People have been waiting for this kit for months now. I believe it's new sensors and a tune to up the boost alittle bit. It's just like the Superchips, BSR and Trifecta tune, but you keep the Warranty and get new sensors.
I love the kit 23.X psi spike than drops of 1-2psi the weather has been shitty so its just spinnign the wheels most of the time but when it does hook up im gone torque steer like and SOB but still fun. Turobs loader blow off valve is loader and i think its just my mind but the exhust sounds diff. No problems i work at the dealer so i dealer installed and flashed it myself.
It pulls really hard. Boost is stable at 20psi, peaks at 23psi with brake boosting. It pulls hard all the way through every gear, hits peak hp sooner in rpms (4400rpm), redline is higher, and, oh yeah, it pulls ;-)
I love it sooooooooo much!

I've got about 50 miles on mine today. Ran to Daytona and back this AM. Feels GREAT. Love those on and off ramps on I95. 1st gear feels a little enemic but only because of the torque limiting. You really notice the difference of the torque limiter when you hit 2nd. All hell breaks loose. Wheels spin, car goes lane to lane with torque steer (something that will take some getting used to) and I'm smiling so hard my face hurts. 3rd, same thing, it seems to accelerate in 3rd damn near as hard as 2nd. Can't afford any higher insurance rates so cut it off at 100 MPH. Weather here in FL is terrible for any kind of performance with daily temps in the mid 80's to low 90's. Can't wait for the weather to break so we can get some nice, cool air in here. Gonna look into a CO2 IC cooler for the track. Anybody got any experience with CO2 cooling the inter cooler?? This upgrade was worth every penny AND the eternal wait. I'm in the process of installing my CIA, CAI (figure that one out). Game called due to darkness. Will finish tomorrow AM. The CAI, along with the catted down pipe and charge pipes, all CIA, should make for an exciting day tomorrow.
List on the kit is $650. You'll have to check with your dealer for his price but if he says he has to order it go with CED. Tom has over a hundred in stock, he'll ship next day and you'll be good to go to your dealer in a couple days for the install. CED gets $550. If your dealer does the complete install they'll charge you, in the neighborhood of, 2 hours shop time. If YOU install the hard parts then have your dealer do the Calibration they'll want 1 hour. Labor wise the install isn't very difficult but if I had it to do over I would have paid the other hour for them to bust THEIR knuckles. So much for being a hero. Good luck. You won't regret your Upgrade.
Got mine installed today - they charged me $240 for what appears to be a very good job. I have a Hahn cold-air on mine and a 2.5" ID glasspack instead of the stock muffler, but otherwise a stock 09 SS.
WOW! Just pressing the pedal to the floor (not stomping, just pressing) in second gear causes the stock tires to break loose and start spinning above 3500 rpm - around 40 mph -- and I live about 7000' above sea level, so if you're lower you're likely to see this kind of power at a little lower rpms (before someone advises me that turbos are 'always at sea level' -- that's not quite true -- I have experience with this up here and at sea level and it just gets the power a little sooner at sea level).
I may have to get it dyno'd just to see how much is really there...
Wish I had this installed for the SCCA Nationals this past summer...
