That's some good news there. Hopefully you guys can give a discount for people that want to maybe buy the EFR, charge pipes, and intercooler kit?

$2,000 is a very good, fair price. I'm sure they could charge more and get interest. The fact that the price is fair tells me what kind of company they are. I'm vey impressed. In fact all their products seem to be reasonably priced. I know too many performance shops who try to screw their customers over. This does not seem to be the case with zzp.

They have a hard time providing the required boost all the way from the back seat.

Oh, and where is your car parked?

I would be willing to pay around $2k for the turbo like they are saying. It would sweeten the deal even more if they could knock some off the pipes and intercooler package when purchased with the turbo.

OMFG cheap bastards in this community. Go check out retail prices on a 6758 or 7064 and you will see how much money they aren't making on each of these turbos they provide. Do a service and support a great company.

Highlighted for reading help.

If I purchase a turbo upgrade, it WILL be the EFR from ZZP.

Yeah your reading purposes have nothing to do with what i mean. I mean just spend full price on their other **** and support the vendor. Their intercooler is pretty much cheapest on market and the best, and their charge piping isnt the cheapest but its damn good.

My point was they arent making a lot on the turbo or their other parts so just buy them at price.

Hell pwerks intercooler cost more than the whole zzp intercooler/CP combo

You referred to the Turbo price and not the intercooler and charge pipes.

Because you used the purchase of the turbo to warrant the discount on other parts. It's really not a hard concept to follow.

Man I need to get you that info. the vac lines in the back for the WG solenoid, theres three ports. The one thats by itself on one end VTA. the other two on the opposite end one goes to the WG and the other to the nipple on the Turbo. Up front, everything stays the same if you plan to keep the boos control solenoid except for the line that use to go to the turbo BPV goes to you new BOV. or, you can skip the boost solenoid and hook the BOV directly to VAC on the IM, but that didnt go so well for me.

Ill try and get a pic.

If this is a factory wastegate solenoid, then you need to have the port that is by itself(on the same end as the electrical plug) connected to a boost source. That port is the supply. The middle (perpendicular to the other 2) port connects to the gate. The port next to that one is the exhaust port which can be left open or plumbed back into the intake tube.

Nice! LOL I ended up paying 950 for mine too since I was one of the first guys that tested the 2860 that ended up being a HUGE FLOP. So he sent me the 2871
It has been great being faster this whole time while I wait for the EFR and results

Honestly, for an EFR solution that bolts right up that price is great. Especially for the power you can make.

Now, back on topic since his IS a BNR thread

When are you doing the install Dart?

The plan is for mid march. All I need is a bov and some fab work on my charge pipe and intake. Im gunna have a shop weld a flange for the bov on my injen hot pipe and a flange on my k&n intake to recirculate it.
