I'm just gonna have a BOV flange welded on to it since I got the non BOV version.

Well I don't want the fastest car on the block, which realistically I'm not gonna get outta a Cobalt anyway. What I want is the sneakiest car on the block. That's what gets me through thick traffic quickly. And I want to do it as smoothly as I can. There's no organization or formality to it, but no one who commutes in thick traffic will deny that DD is some very competitive driving.
So far all I have is the GMS1, Injen CAI, Injen hotside. This is working for me right now. It is getting me to work in 10 min in traffic vs the 15 it used to take me in the Hyundai beater (it wouldn't have been so bad, but every driver on the road wanted to cut off the Hyundai, just so they could say they weren't driving the worst car on the road).
For DD I think I want the Stage 1 and a tune and nothing else. I love the stock exhaust because it's so quiet. But I don't know how the stock exhaust will play with the new turbo. Hoping it will leave me with a broader DD-style powerband than a more tuned exhaust, even if less peak HP. Any thoughts?

Not necessarily. That Sky that made 350whp ish could be running a 11.8 A/F and who knows how much timing. If that is the case than there is a lot more that can be made power wise. The stock turbo on these cars can make up to 360 whp so hearing 350 whp from a sky with a bigger than stock turbo does not impress me.

Most Kapa owners are estatic if they make over the 300 whp mark with the stock turbo, let alone 350 whp with an upgraded one. I believe the Kapa that made 350 whp was with the 2860, but i could be wrong.

Making 360 efficiently? For how long? With a good powerband and without E-85? Also, you should know term that the sky's will always show lower HP results due to the higher drivetrain lost( in the case of the stock turbo). I'll be impressed when you do 360 at a dyno on stock turbo without E-85 and on pump. I can imagine if you think your squeezing that much power from a stock turbo, the numbers you'll be pulling from this upgrade will be AMAZING. Your such a Floridian, I can tell! Flamboyant cocky about ONE time case with so many variables, but still cling to that one car. How many 360hp SS/TC are out there? FF ace and who else? I know of 350whp on pump 91 here in Cali.

You're trying to teach term that the kappa cars have more drive train loss . LOL really
You think maybe the gearings different too ?
Whats your problem dude ?

I always hear about Kappa's making less power with the same mods, but I have not found that to be true. We own both and have dyno'd them and many others and the difference just is not that much at all. We are talking less than 5whp difference. Maybe 3.
