M5....uhhh New turbo needed!!!

so i was crusing with two of my friends goin to walmart, and a blk M5(V-10) got behind me and flashed so i moved over he gets next to me and i hear him drop 2 gears so i go from 5th to 4th n we go at it i was hanging til bout 110mph then he started walking on me. we slow for a curve and we go at it again i hit 120mph and he ust kept walking off me. I gave up it was a gud run could hav gotttn out of control, so yes new turbo and modifications are on deck ASAP.

you have got to be kidding me...i find this hard to believe that a economy car from gm with bolt on parts is even going to come close to beating a super expensive german sports car...not to mention an M car. come on now give your head a shake

I also drove a G5 for awhile so ik its hard to understand speed here........Power to Weight! With a mildly aggresive tune with his mods he should have pulled it. Starting in 4th from a 60 is like giving the other car a chance. He hung till 110-120....so yea starting in 3rd he should have jumped a bone stock heavy ass german grocery getter!

yea considering drivetrain loss and they're rated bout 500bhp ricer math says 460-480whp maybe, with over 1000 more lbs.
to put this into perspective, average person is bout 150lbs or so? So pile 9 people(best of luck btw) into your car and see how fast it is compared to when they're out of it.
It would feel slow as ****. Even 2-3 passengers makes the car feel slower.

have you driven an M car? the M5 and the M6 will get to 200km/h well before you reach 150 and I'm going out on a limb here seeing as your using ricer math that you really know nothing about bmws or german cars.

i was thinking that but it seemed like goin down to 3rd would have gotten mad close to redline n mad no difference(wut i thought) this tune changed my redline to a lil over 7k i dnt go that high but noticed it tonight, this cant b gud plus it didnt pull anymore so def no reason to go that high. That 7spd tranny no joke but thought i would be able to get him with the weight difference but im impressed with not being smoked though bout 4-6 car lengths ahead the 2nd time. the first time was only bout 2 becuz of the curve.

Paintballer is selling his AutoWerks 55/57 turbo kit for a very good price. It is very good, I have the same kit and I've pulled next to a friend of mine with the M3 and he stayed "kind of" behind.

I think its funny that you assure that since a car cost 300,000$ more then a cobalt it must be faster. I mean my car beat.a.murcielago thanks to mark lol and that was on low boost.

OMG are you joking right now???? Please go back to G5club.net and STFU! Ive raced a number of BMW/VW's not to mention a S/C M3 when i was on my 22PSI tune and barely got walked. I could careless if the car goes 200mph stock......he basically ran from 60-120. Meaning from that 60mph he stands a pretty good chance of beating or being really close. I think your the one doing RICER math here and not understanding that just cause it says in on the internet or paper, doesnt make it true on the streets. Hell ive ran with cars that have plenty of more power then me yet im close.........but your right none of us have any experience with racing!
