You will need to contact them to find out how to remove the lock.
At least you now know what's on the car.
You should still be able to run VCM scanner and log the car. But you won't be able to read/write PCM files.
I belief some people have had luck getting ahold of the stock or GMS1 HPtuners file and doing a Write Entire to the car, but not sure if i'd try it.
FROM HPTUNERS:
b. Trifecta tuned pcm's will NOT read out. They tunerlock their pcm's
c. To fix a trifecta tuned pcm you'll need to either use their handheld flasher to flash back to stock, this SHOULD work, though I don't believe its been tested yet or flash it to a 2011 VIN/os via MDS or similar and then flash it back to the correct VIN in order to fully overwrite the OS.

Try to email them and see if they have your tune with your vin. You will still need the cable, it's a red tractrix cable I believe. Sucks that they lock it.

I had the GM dealer flash me back to stock today. It seems to get farther along in reading the pcm, but still giving me an x7f error.
how can i change the VIN number on a tune file?

To be honest, i expected this to work and didnt really care, as i would then be able to adjust things as needed.

I will let the tuners weigh in on this because it's above my head. Sounds like you need someone to tweak things anyway. And I'm pretty sure your ecu has to have credits applied to it to not be unlicensed, so you can download to it.

I think my car is tuned.. When I turn traction control off, the power I get is insane. The boost will be up in the 15 area in first and second.. Where as with traction control on, I won't see that.. Its like a whole different car when TC is off.
