Hah, well, someone didn't tell us that he money shifted. Agreed that there may be some head issues now, and possibly nicked pistons. If it's already apart, I would replace any nicked pistons. It's not worth the heartache of putting it all back together only to find it still runs poorly.

He may potentially have some sort of valvetrain issues, but the results to the leakdown test don't support this. It's more likely to be a sleeve and/or ring issue with the leakdown test bleeding into the crankcase as much as it is. Then again, we are all trying to help diagnose this without ever even touching the vehicle..

You can deal with it now, and it will likely only cost you a new head or top end rebuild, or you can be a retard and wait til you drop that valve and ruin the turbo, block, oil cooler, intake manifold, and/or the exhaust manifold. And it'll be on your dime.

This isn't something for the dealer to fix. You shoved it into the wrong gear and zinged the motor. Man up.
