Has anyone with the aem cold air intake used zzp's upgraded intake tube with it? Was there a noticeable difference?

Yup. Works good. The zzp intake cone is a little thicker.

Fully tuned on the stock turbo I made 360 whp 434 wtq on e47 30psi spike. Aem cold air intake with zzp tube. Zzp charge pipes. Zzp catted downpipe. Zzp 3 inch full exhaust. 3 bar map sensors.

 

oh my god, Why are you running such high boost? 26 is already pushing it.

 

I spoke mine to 27 all day every day.... You should see how lean my car runs too........ 13.6-13.8 at wot

 

The motors don't like detonation. Knock. Period. It's all in the tune.

 

Tune, maintenance, good components that actually work.
