Big turbo lnf won't boost past 7psi

Internally gated 3076 with a 18psi wastegate, 3bar maps, 5th injector and maf relocate, pcv vented to atmosphere. Car was making 20 adjusted waste gate preload because of slow spool.and now will not make anything over 7psi. No boost leaks, exhaust leaks or codes. Any suggestions cleaned map and maf, also tried manual boost controller instead of wastegate solenoid (left plugged in as not to upset ecu).

Your car is in limp mode and has a pending code.

If it was in limp mode I doubt it would boost at all. Op- did you try and adjust it back to where it was initially?

It sounds like something is up with the wastegate, it was boosting to 20 before and you made an adjustment and now it will only boost 7.

Also why are you running an open pcv sysem?

Hook up the PCV.

You probably have a pending over boost code.

The pcv is routed to a vented catch can because the turbo has no hook ups for pcv. And cold I just have to stiff of a spring and it is freaking out the ecu? I could swap in the 14psi if needed or even order a .5 bar spring.

Tap the intake for it.

You need proper flow for the PCV to work right on the LNF dude.

This. I'm assuming the ecu is seeing a huge air leak and going into limp

There is a lengthy thread on here in which Eric, Tom, John Powell and myself had lots of Q&A.

Disconnecting PCV or using a cheap ass catch can is a no go in the LNF
