You have a MAJOR boost leak at the throttle body. The coupler isn't even attached.

Get some t clamps and get rid of those cheap worm style clamps. Learned that the first time I hit 22 psi and blew my charge pipe off the intercooler.

Update for anyone curious: working on getting new piping ordered for the car but in the time being I was curious so I just put a block off plate in place of the blow off valve and plugged the MAF back in, I admittedly am not sure if the stock bypass valve is completely correct on the turbo but the way it sits right now it's boosting to 20+ lbs and I cannot get it to throw any codes. Though the car needs an alignment badly and tires aren't the best so the torque steer in 2nd gear around 20 lbs of boost and 5k r's is pretty damn sketchy. Car is obviously not stock tuned.

I would not be boosting 20 psi like that with the car hacked together with an unknown tune. Thats asking for trouble until you get things straightened out

Agreed. I was just surprised it wasn't throwing any codes. But yeah I know the car is still far from being at a point where I'm good with it.

At least you made some steps in the right direction.

Just need a good log of the tune.

Maybe even just a bluetooth adapter to see what the tune is like. LTFT and knock etc.

This is kind of an old thread now but if anyone is interested I believe I have the car running safely now. Fixed probably 10 boost leaks throughout the setup and replaced a lot of parts. Still, into the car for less than $3000. Feel like I can sell it for a bit more than that now so I'd say mission accomplished.
