Injen's Hot pipe with a set of T-bolt clamps is the best IMO. Cold pipe is not worth the trouble IMO.

This allows the intercooler to be mounted so the bumper brace ends up in the stock location.Test fit it a few times and then test fit it with the piping hooked up. Clean up all edges with a die grinder or file. You can also bend the tabs a little for fine tuning the fit.

After testing it I noticed the car was a little quieter below 2500 rpm and much louder above and difinately felt good with the tune turned on.

For $250 and about 5 hours of your time its a killer deal. (Car runs like a raped ape 155 MPH in fifth with 1000rpm to go}

Mine fit the Dejon charge pipe perfect and the stock GM out pipe also.

My car is a 2009 SS TC 8 weeks old. AEM Intake , Dejon Charge pipes , Hahn Catted Down Pipe , Jennetty 3 inch exhaust , Engals Stiffy Dampiner , OTT stage 2 mounts , Trifecta Infina Boost Dual Tune ( still need final tune) Coming up Spec stage 3 over the winter

I put it on a week ago and ordered it about 2 weeks before that. Took about 4 working days to get to me.

looks good. But I don't know if I like the positioning of the end tanks. The bumper is covering up part of the surface area, and the end tanks are on the bottom of the IC, not around the middle.

But it looks like you all had fun. Keep it up!

What else is done to your car? It will work better on a car with a lot of mods and a tune.

When your running 23 or 24 pounds of boost at 7000 RPM it does not matter as long as the air around the intercooler is cool. It will be cool in 2nd gear and above and blasting through the intercooler with that boost. Im still trying to figure out 1st gear though , Ha Ha Duh

Eh, I dunno. i'd still rather have my air cooled even a little bit more. When it runs across the bottom it doesn't use the surface area of the IC as much ya know. I would rather my end tanks be through the center. I'm not knocking it though bro, a FMIC is an FMIC

Which connectors did you get with yours ? I have no problems at all with mine with the premium connectors.

I used the T Bolt Clamps with the nylon locking nuts and they never popped off. I know if you use the regular radiator style clamps they can back of and the pipe will work its way out.

I can state without a doubt that you guys aren't pushing as much airflow as I am... hence the popping off.

It took silicone couplers, tbolt clamps and hairspray to get them to ******* stay on!
