Thats what I use.

My next post might be how to install couplers and clamps properly.

What else is done to your car? It will work better on a car with a lot of mods and a tune.

When your running 23 or 24 pounds of boost at 7000 RPM it does not matter as long as the air around the intercooler is cool. It will be cool in 2nd gear and above and blasting through the intercooler with that boost. Im still trying to figure out 1st gear though , Ha Ha Duh
i've got 3 inch catless turbo back with injen cp and the crazy steve intercooler and i'm tuned it gets to about 24 and goes to 18-19

im just not so sure how the design is all the great. not understanding why it goes up behind the bumper sopport where no air hits it. and you would think the design should be straight threw for the best airflow. anyone care to explain?

and i personally preffer the looks of the huge HAHN painted on mine. maybe crazy steve should start putting crazy or somthing on his

and ive had all dejons stuff. intake and charge piping. quality and size is complete **** compared to hahns that i replaced it with. my intake almost had a complete hole in it where i wasnt bent right and couldnt get it to stop rubbing. they are good if your low on cash. and i will say i did think they looked awesome being the same sport tint red as the car and for no extra charge. but for quality they get a thumbs down.

Ill let you know how mine works after I get my tune finalized. With the mild tune I ran 13.2 at 108 but I still havnt figured how to launch . 2.50 60 ft times. The track has test and tune the last 3 weeks.

-The law of thermal energy transfer my friend. You dont need air flow to have this happen. On data logging i noticed a solid 5-10 degree cooler intake temps. Heat always transfers from hot to cold. Air flow will increase the speed at which it happens but it sill happens without the air flow. The greater surface area them more heat transfer out of the intercooler, its more affective then using a thicker intercooler. and behind the bet i can bet u there is still a lil air flow.

As for the quality its amazing and as for logos i dont advertise for anyone unless it benifits me im no mobile billboard for companies.

OK Let us know. I do all my work myself except the tune. If I F up its on me. Of course I dont know a better mechanic or welder or computer builder or fabricator. My buddy helps out also. We have combined 70 years of experience. If I want to figure out something I read or use different online resourses such as the forum. Hang in there and it will run. Never stop learning !!!
