I was told by Bryan @ BNRsupercars that the little center section of the spacers for the BNR turbos would crack or even break over time. If that happens, its going to take the turbo with it, so he told me to cut out the center section on the spacer.

Im not saying the spacer IS going to break or crack, but it makes sense. I cut out the center section of mine before i installed my turbo. BNR also sells the spacers without the center section anymore for that reason.

So I assume you cut out the section in the manifold too? I mean they crack and I've seen then bad enough where there's small chunks missing out of them too where the cracks met. Esentially you have the same problem there too it will take out the turbo. The spacers should not crack. Did bar see cracking in theirs?

Truth. My friend's BNR setup totally melted away the divider on the spacer and possibly messed up the turbo. The divider on the manifold was fine, with the usual crack.

Just give bryan at BNR supercars a call. He's a smart guy. Makes all those hybrid turbos himself.

Correct, Bryan now just sells the Center Less Spacers.

First day i had mine, i cut it out. even tho the stock Exhaust Manifold center Section was cracked (Which is Normal on all LNFs)

nice numbers on 93 gas for sure, but you are built with cams/springs/pistons/rods and fully bolted, so i guess its to be expected....thanks for that man

Cams don't give much if anything. Same with springs and pistons. Being built means more reliable horsepower. His higher rev helps of course

No, but seriously, is the ZFR capable of 500whp on 93 gas? and if so, what kind of tune is needed?
