Direct bolt-on turbo (ko4 replacement)

The Zzp Efr is a 6758 which is a very low cfm turbo. 500chp is capable but without meth or e the tune will be very unsafe.
The 6758 is a 450chp turbo which means anymore te turbo is out of efficient and its killing the turbo. (That is purely turbo power) not aggressive tuning and different fuel tuning.

Here is a thread regarding this turbo that I saw:

Take the periods out of "gm sports Compact" in the address and use that link.

I'll be dynoing on Friday right before I leave for the Event. E47 Full bolt on ZZp EFR. I'm hoping to hit 430whp. I really want to hit more but I don't know. If I'm able to hit 450 whp with a high psi aggressive tune on e47 I'll be super satisfied, I doubt it though. PS, sent you a log James.

people need to stop complaining about turbo kit pricing..... i dont think people realize how much time money and effort goes into developing a kit. all of the kits currently out are worth what you pay for them however if you know what your doing and can piece together a kit with the right stuff you will come out ahead.

It was just a general statement. There was no one it was directly intended for. People cry too much. Its like it costs a company to cut and weld tubing, make fixtures, then make each individual one. It costs companies that have manifolds casted big bucks to have them casted. Then depending on the turbo you use you could easily spend 1500 on just that

i really wanna see the dyno graph of a zfr. the s20g seems to have a short power band like stock, the bnr doesnt seem to have the torque, and i still havent seen a wr-2 either...lets see um...lol

Aaron, seriously? BNR doesn't make torque? Be advised that its all in the tune shipmate. Remember, the recent BNR dyno of the TTR Mani has little torque due to James taking in consideration the trans. Man, I can't wait to dyno mine for ya.

on your graph, the s20g looks okay on 26psi, and the guys on the bnr with 25psi look alright, but they both seem to peak late and drop off before 7k rpms...maybe its me being too critical, dunno.
