I also never said you can make 500whp on the 20g. I said you can make good power on the 20g.

And I'm on a custom turbo setup I've made... It's stil a td06/t3 cartridge but the 20g is a 52mm and my new in wheel is a 63mm along with a 3in compressor cover with surge protection. This turbo I'm at now makes 950/975cfm per mitsu and Garrett tables I've seen.

This was a seperate question James from me and only me. It had nothing to do with what Aaron was asking besides me being curious about a total maximum output of the S20G

I say 480 and some change max

LOL, bro I facepalm(in a brotherly way) when you ask this and I understand that your just wanting to see what your options are, but this was discussed before when we posted pics and info about the WR2....it has a precision center cartridge. So... your wish has been granted.

The price is getting what you pay for. It's a great turbo, with alot of potential. Will get you the power goals that you want. Plus after the core charge the price falls back down to a reasonable one. I say if you do go with the wr2, go with the type b. It has the larger compressor housing

24-26psi is my guess, Aaron what is your goal? I've seen 419whp-425, now your asking about goals in the 425-450 range. Like I said, I can tell your very excited, as I am for you but you change mind on an hourly basis. Anyways, the Werks turbo is going to be a badass turbo. End of the year huh? So I'm guessing Santa is bringing you this turbo? Maybe I should just go straight to him to figure what turbo you'll eventually get. LOL

I'm already done with my custom direct bolt on setup. I doubt ill sell it. The Zzp Efr is rated for 450 (crank horsepower) only way to get more horsepower then its rated is higher boost, aggressive tuning and different fuels with higher octane.

Mfgs of turbos give rated power per turbo output of flow . So it's rated off crank horsepower.

There is a 25G? Wow, James please enlighten us with Mitsu Turbo history.

Anyways, I still didn't get a clear answer from you regarding the S20G and what you think Total(Max)WHP is on it. I know that optimally its a 450rated turbo.

20g chp rating is 420-460 depending on what size in wheel, 50mm, 51.5,52mm.
But the Hahn s20g which is a 52mm is rated at 450chp 500chp most with high boost 30psi+

And my turbo isn't just a 25g, I had to find a few parts to make my setup work. You should know about the mitsu family turbos lol

Zzp made that on a lot of boost, I believe there 2.1L, and more.

Efr is rated at 490 chp. It can flow 49lbs/min at 29 psi if i read the compressor map correctly. If i had a choice and i knew what james.did i would have gone 20g got james bigger wheel and housing. Build motor. 500whp+ easy. If u want 400 whp or maybe 450 on super aggresive with e or meth zfr or bnr ot regular 20g is chill. All turbos are great.
