I believe it. I mean the stock fuel system has it's limits with ethanol. I experienced it myself with my EFR. It looks like it's repetitive with the 410-430 whp dyno results with the turbos. You even have meth to aid the turbo a little. At this point no matter how big the turbo is you will need an aid in fuel to support 500whp+ on E or other fuels. Cams/ fuel lobe or another injector seems to be the case. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Another fuel injector is a poor fueling solution, we need a BEETER FUEL PUMP made! ZZP??? When are ya gunna make one! Or any vendor that can make a direct replacement??? The lobe only does so much, they're great to increase some power, but it is and will always be the fuel pump.

It's a mechanical fuel pump, fit within a certain size restriction. It would need a bigger piston to pump more fuel but there isn't enough space for a bigger piston. What ZZP did was increase the stroke, maybe beyond even what it was intended for, but that's all that can be done without some serious fabrication and modification to existing fuel lines.

A better fuel pump is quite the R&D and the materials involved/required would be pretty expensive.

It's more or less a gamble much like their ZFR was. You know how it goes around here; plenty of people to rabble rouse and say they're going to be on board to buy it and then turn around and back out due to lack of funds.

Would be really cool if they were to come up with another pump like CP-e did for the MS3/6 DISI.

Ya same here, also curious to see if they make a better fuel pump for the cruze ss (which i doubt) but that new srt-4 with 300/300 will be tough to compete with, if it actually does get released as with the cruze ss

Ok so, a bigger fuel line doesnt seems to be to hard, right i kno they increased the "cycle" of the pump to enlongate it, to thus put more fuel in, why does everyother car that ppl want to modify have a pump?? My friend and his ms3 does and thats DI. I understand the fab work isnt exactly easy by any means, but a new case to hold a bigger piston i wouldnt think would cost more than $500-700 max would to sell back to us as a possible kit. Would it?

He still has fueling room on his car. Turbo just seems to make weak torque for the boost levels, timing, etc being run and the thing spools at about 4400 which seemed a bit late as I expected it to spool at 4000. I tried everything to make it spool sooner and no change no matter what timing (cam and ignition) and PE I ran it stayed the same or got more laggy.

Unfortunately, likely one way too big to bolt up to the LNF's head and even if it did the issue becomes can the little 2.0 make it build fuel pressure properly as the displacement of the pump could be 2-3 times that of a stock LNF pump so its piston will likely be a lot larger and its stroke a lot longer as well.

I was under the impression it has been driven on? Can you clarify Richard? Also would like to see some proof that it makes and holds 30psi. A screen shot from a log maybe?

The BNR2871 was taken to Bryan at BNR to have all new wheels, bearings, shaft installed.

The asking price is only $800 + shipping.

Also, the BNR is able to hold 30psi, but not on pump gas for very long. 28psi is the max that the BNR2871 Revised can handle for what i've put it thru.

The new One i'm running is a TD06 Custom Built By BNR for me (Buddys with owner)
