The new One i'm running is a TD06 Custom Built By BNR for me (Buddys with owner)
So basically its the same as the non revised BNR. I ran mine to 28psi on a regular basis. I think he told me the "upgrades" were just for safety and reliability. Doesn't change the efficiency or anything. I never had any reliability issues with mine. $800 would be fair IMO. How many miles on it?

wanna trade for a non revised BNR? lol.

i love mine. I may just keep the car this way for good and buy a weekend toy, but i have the itch to make the cobalt just a little bit faster because i love how surprised people get when an econobox cobalt walks a supercharged v8 or the likes.

im keeping an eye on the wr-3 as a step up. either that or just getting a whole kit.

Is the bnr capable of 400whp on 93 and fully bolted? And how is it on the strip? Is it capable of 12s or so? Also, how is the spool time?

I've had it maxed out on 93 pump gas with 27psi in this dyno sheet.

More power can be added with either meth or E85

All depends on your tuner

Max at using that fuel. The BNR on ethanol could be max out around 430-450 range on an aggressive tune and 21-27* timing.

For some unknown reason, I couldn't produce 28psi on the dyno. I could only do about 24psi. I put down 408whp on E47. It was weird bc as soon as I got the car off the dyno, it hit 28psi no problem on the way home. Car was *probably* in the 430whp realm based on the math.

I also ran a few local cars that were in that power range and hung or beat them so I figure my guess is accurate.

The load is different on the dyno compared to the street

This. This is also why I have seen guys able run more timing on the dyno with no knock as the decreased load allows for more advance to be run vs what can be run under real world loads. For example 29* of timing an 0.85 PE lambda can be run on Coyote mustangs on the dyno on 93 octane without it knocking. On the street even at 0.82 PE lambda more than 27.5* will knock like mad even in 2nd or 3rd gear forget about 5th which is the 1:1 gear.

Yeah that is normal. Did you try 4th gear instead of 3rd to load it up more. 4th would have likely made more power due to the loads increasing boost seen to 27-28 psi. What you saw with your car is the reason I do not like to dyno tune normally as we have no mustang dynos around here that can actually simulate a real world load better.
