Direct bolt-on turbo (ko4 replacement)
#1029
Meh we were seeing between 40-42lbs/min peak up top but the turbo hasn't been pushed to it's limits in your car yet so 45lbs/min is doable if you really wanted to push it that hard. I would really think about upgrading your fuel pump before attempting it though. It's already getting pushed pretty hard as it is.
I called Bryan yesterday to ask about the BNR and he said that the wheels he used at 26-27 will flow 45lbs a minute.
The 56 trim GT2871r has a 53.10mm/71mm compressor wheel. So yes the GT2871r is 45 lbs/min if getting the 56 trim(BNR wheels)

I will say that my SPEC STG 3+ has been great and I'm some where around 355-360WHP-390-400WTQ, I would recommend this clutch, But you will have to get their Aluminium flywheel which is a bit of a PIA to DD, However I'm used to it now, lol

yeah, i was contemplating getting that used k04 for 150 on the classifieds, then shipping it to either get the bnr, or wait to get the zfr.
i still need to install my clutch, get some valvesprings and change my timing chain tensioner first, so im still in no rush...haha

[QUOTE=daddycollazo;6944912]I have the worlds best scientists working on figuring out what the **** you just said...

Lmao
Alright, 09cobaltss1 I wasn't meaning to doubt you bud just reaffirming what you had said with info from Bryan and data for others to see.
Leemanfor, I think you should of assembled a group of linguist and not scientist my friend. The "jajajajaja" is how you type in Spanish "hahaha" or laughing due to a "inside joke" if you will, I got from an old Puerto Rican commercial, hence daddycollazo getting it and laughing.
Also, I was talking to electricblue mostly and ******* with him cause he drives a Saturn(joking). I drive one too.

I thought that you were misunderstanding me all while misunderstanding the guy who drives a crappy saturn (which is clearly slow) all while wishing I had a bnr.. lol

Meh, I dont think I'm alone in this, I'm just being honest lol, I stalled it a bunch of times before I got used to it....The RPMS Fall much faster than the stock flywheel but it also REVS much faster too, Dont get me wrong I love it now but when I'm in massive amounts of traffic thats when I wish I had a normal flywheel because I find myself feathering the clutch at times.

and i was saying not according to my logs because i thought we had logs of my car hitting 46 lb/min and i'm not pushing it nearly as hard as some people are on here
I don't remember disagreeing with you my man. As a matter of fact I was actually agreeing with. That's why I posted this in response to elecblue06's comment where I thought he was saying that the turbo couldn't flow that much.
Yeah I was originally looking at the dyno logs where you were sitting around 40-42lbs/min but I found a couple logs done a few days before that where you were sitting around 43-45lbs/min. Either way, I sort of take those numbers with a grain of salt anyways. Due to the fact that you're running e85 it will tend to skew maf readings a bit so I wouldn't take flow numbers across the maf to heart.

we still need to get a good run in man.... and we need to start tuning again.. but after I finally do the head and turbo... other wise it's pointless..
