Apologies for the lack of updates. ZZP has been fantastic both in communication and accommodating my build. They came up with a custom WG bracket and different BW WG actuator. Power steering reservoir relocate is a must, as is cutting up the black bracket that holds the reservoir and fuse box. The stock connection to the airbox doesn't fit the compressor inlet. Other than that, it's all good. In between snow storms and tuning other peoples cars, I'm working on a 15 psi tune and getting the boost in as early as possible. Even on 15 psi from the ZFR, I'm seeing more air through the MAF than the K04 on 22-23 psi (max 32 lb/min vs max 38 lb/min). Overall, I'm very happy with it so far.

It was on a Dynojet, these are uncorrected numbers, the SAE numbers would make a grown man cry lol, I have the turbo spooling full 23 psi at 4000rpm and ramping before that. This was on 93 gasoline & timing ramped up to 15 degrees up top

Don't be so set on numbers man. Dyno's ARE FOR TUNING. I have been in the same car (mine) that felt fast, and pulled harder making less power. It's all in the tuning. You are working with one of the best tuners, he will have your car running strong and safe at 400

Thank you for pointing this out. People get so caught up on numbers sometimes and forget the purpose of a dyno.

its all about the numbers....not
of course I am concerned about the power band. Hell, it could be a 1000whp, but for only 1k rpms, so who would care///
I want power through out the whole powerband.

Its a tuning tool nothing else. I could care less what it made honestly, i dont look at things that way only dyno queens do IMO.
I care about what it runs at the track. Those times dont lie.

Yes it does. I believe they fudge the weight and CD to make it read much higher than a mustang dyno should. They had a BNR 2871 car with a 2.1 and cams at 27 psi make 460 whp on that dyno which should be 500 whp on a dynojet which is not possible. IMHO that car would make around 410-420 whp on a properly calibrated dyno.

EFR flows at lot more at 28-29 psi than it does at 20-21 psi. The BNR2871 over in puerto made over 400 whp and 390 wrtq at 24-26 psi on 93 octane and I believe the EFR is more efficient at higher compressor speeds (torque holds longer which will translate into more hp up top) I think it can be done
