Direct bolt-on turbo (ko4 replacement)

Aggressive you can see 370-380 93 octane, conserve and safe dd 350-370 . Timing and the afr is what will be different. I'll explain
I just recently took of my td07 25g turbo and installed the 20g back on because the turbo bearing was seizing. And because people wanted numbers. So I put in 6 gallons of 91 and 6 gallons of89 octane to give people a wider variety of its capabilities for honest all around the world. Well I tuned it highly aggressive and the car managed to take 20* in areas. It wouldn't take as much in areas. Mainly cuz heat and fuel. But it still managed 400whp. And the reasoning is because of I ramped boost in slow, and I gave it a **** ton of timing. Yes it got kr because the heat and has, but te point I made was the turbos capabilities. If I were to tune it on 93 and same aggressiveness I could get 400whp safely ( for my driving habits) since the life of your engine is dependent on the driver.
The 20g flows a little more then the bnr, but what I did was honestly to much and it wasn't safe. It was just to see what they dyno numbers would be.

do you know the back pressure psi # for the bnr by any chance ?

Dart. Base or not your not gonna see anything above 380whp unless your tune is stupid aggressive with ure fuel. The science is there. If you do get your #s your saying (happy dyno) ... The only people I've ever seen dynos from was frog, team ss and Zzp. Never seen one for 440whp but team as is 8whp away lol

398/436 was my best on the mustang dyno on E30. (25 PSI) On the dynojet and 50/50 mix, 441/488 @ 27.5 PSI.
The car is now sold and detuned for 91 OCT @ 24 PSI for a female driver.
K&N SRI, CIA CP's, ZZP IC, Synapse Catless DP, GMS1 sensors, 3'' Catback, BNR2871 E47 blend 18 degrees max timing 393WHP
and hhrsouth put had numbers around the 380 if I remember correctly on 91

When are you getting back on the dyno Mr. Smarty Pants?

So it seems like 400WHP is kinda a stretch for us guys on 93oct for the BNR? Still havent heard many people in this thread talking about the 252et or the 256et? I've heard the 252 is VERY CLOSE to stock spool and can handle 400WHP, True?

I wanted to give a good comparison of the K04 vs the BNR2871...
My car put down 362/376 on the stock K04 with the exact same boost, timing and fuel as I have the BNR2871 on. The BNR made 408/383 (not sure why I seem to make less peak torque than most but maybe its the way James has me setup. He'll have to fill in on that one). Thats 46whp over the stock turbo. Not bad in my opinion!
Stock
BNR2871
And b/c I don't think I posted it here (not that its anything amazing...)
