Drewbroo's Tune review Part II - Superchips, HP, TF (With Dyno comparrison sheets)

APR was the most conservative. With their new revision files from their regular stage 1 all thru stage 3 they have gained the power that everyone wanted from APR.
BTW the TSI does come in the mkv as well. I had it in my Mkv GTI. 09+ is TSI motor It was the only year for the mkv to have the TSI and I'm glad I had it .
You don't want to put a 3071 in this... way too laggy. I would recomend APR stage 3 but that is lots of $$$$$$$ it uses 28rs which is slightly bigger than k04 but smaller than 2871... you should still get over 350 whp with that easy.

I know about the 09's with the TSI motors, but I assumed the guys buddy above was an FSI with a bad fuel pump because it was so slow.
I am not worried about lag, I want this. (APR Stage 4)

Sorry man, APR stage 4 is above that like near 20k. It's a fully built motor cams, valve, pistons, rods, clutch. Custom tuning along with their stage 3 kit you need to have. Their stage 3 kit alone is 6k. You have to send your car to APR if you want a stage 4.

20K installed by them maybe. A stage 3 with a 3071 is good enough for me. And thats def work the 6K
