News flash- Dyno numbers for the sake of dick measuring(like what seems to be going on here) are pointless.

funny part was the dyno number was completely irrelevant to the question in the beginning

Haha.. no dick measuring was going on. My only point was the relevance of stating that this is "the most accurate dyno in new jersey", and subsequently that it's clearly not. Although implementing validity to inflated numbers with those claims of dyno accuracy can be taken as someone slapping their horse **** on the table looking for a high five in itself. Regardless, my first post responding to the OP pretty much answered the important bullet points.

He should have put stock dyno run to see just how accurate it is, that would tell the story

yes, but there will be guys that say "its all in the tune"

run a car at redline all the time and see how long it lasts, no matter what tune u got. same thing with a turbo, u run it at its max ability like that, its gonna go eventually. that or all that heat will do some damage as well.

Remember that a slipping clutch can add to the peak hp number as well. It's the same reason you can trap a higher mph on a pass when you spin off the line. On the drag strip, you are using hp to get the drivetrain spinning faster without using up much track. Then once you start to get traction, you have this working to your advantage. In the same way, if your clutch is slipping on the dyno, but you stay on the throttle, when the clutch finally grabs you put more power to the wheels because you do not lose hp accelerating the motor. It's simple inertia. Try tapping on a nail with a hammer vs. setting the hammer on the nail and pushing it. Already having the hammer in motion before it hits the nail gets the job done much better.
