Correction. Its 30 people or December 31st. I did this to allow people who get xmass money if they want to buy using that.

How to Service your Forge BPV - Mazdaspeed Forums

lots of mazda owners had the forge bpv including me. They say to do the "pen test" every 6k miles or every other oil change. If it sounds/feels like it needs grease then grease it with mobile 1 synthetic grease.

spring and shim kit

Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication

Green - 5-15 PSI

Yellow - 15-23 PSI

Blue - 23-30 PSI

Red - 30 + PSI

The above figures are estimates only and should only be considered as a guideline

Please note - fitting a stronger spring into a valve will not increase boost pressure unless existing pressure is being lost. Failure to allow the valve to operate by installing a spring which is to strong may cause damage to the turbocharger.

Please note - the red coded springs should not be installed in the DVR or DV007 diaphragm valves

They offer a kit, but unless you really wear out the piston just grease.

Guide to how:

Link to the valve rebuild:

gdubs - I dunno if you've talked to Forge about selling this bpv for the lnf in the US? I emailed them informing them of the fitment and that you got it working. So hopefully they test it and post it on their site as a usable part for the cobalt, hrr etc.

They put in a service request to their web design... which is fun out of the UK to change it. Forge has created an account on CSS.NET and will be answering any questions very soon. I am working Forge on this.

I am also convincing them to make future product for us. then next thing on the list is a waste gate actuator.

Can't wait to get this!

We get 2 springs with it correct? Which run should we throw in, tuned via Trifecta 24psi if that means anything...

I would think that you would want the yellow spring (15-23) psi. That's the one I'll be using, especially once I tune with hpt.
