How is that not the same for the US? Its shipping into a different country, it'll still hit customs with taxes.

I agree Jerren, there would have been no hurry to get in, mainly because we have a minimum 2 WEEKS after gdubs gets them after the group buy closes, and who knows how long it'll take to get them from the UK.

Not really. When its coming from a business it gets taxed. But when it comes from me I don't have to tell them what's in it.

Canadain guys...I understand your frustration. But my hands are tied all I can do is send mike at forge a message and let him know u are upset that you guys have to wait. Ultimatly its his decision. I had 1 more canadain guy jump in yesterday. So if mike had sent out all your BPV to me. . . . He would now have to waste another box and another shipping charge to me for that 1 guy who jumped on. I know you see the logic in it. Arn't you guys used to this yet? Because it has to travel across a border doesn't this happen all the time?

I am sorry that u feel this way. Forge only has 30 BPV to sell. I have had more interest in the bpv than I thought and a bunch of new people jumped on I did not expect.

But just like any vendor on here when they offer a group buy they usually have a max quantity. My canadin guys have to wait until the end of the GB to get their valves as of right now. So the members who wont have the money until dec 31.... should I make them wait because 1 or 2 members don't have the money until then when I have 5 with cash in hand ready to buy?

Any business would take the customer with the money now.

Also who knows maybe the interest will die off. You are also the person who had lack of faith we would get 30 people in on the gb

Well I wasn't expecting that many people to jump on it, I have seen gb's falter here. I did some other Christmas shopping for my kids instead of ordering this, if I don't get it that's fine my kids need Xmas presents more than myself.

I'm thinking about skipping out on this and getting a tune ontop of my gms1 and a new intake. What do you think? I have 4 kids and a wife with expensive taste so I don't even want to divulge how much money I have spent on Christmas. If there are any left in a couple of days I will get one but if they are all gone then I will move to option two.

Ive shipped to Canada before using ups...its the worst way to ship ever. And the person receiving has to pay more to pick it up. Its a horrible mess, yes CAN ppl get screwed its just the way it is.

as unfair as you think that is, think about it. Why would a company wait for you to pay when they have someone with money in hand wanting it? Thats business :/ And the problem with car parts, specially for the cobalt, is that its young ppl that talk big and dont cough up the cash.

I have the money, is it extra money.. Not really so I figured it could wait. When I moderated at the last forum I was on we went by a cutoff date, any extras would still get the deal just have to wait longer for stock to come back in. This one is ran a bit different.

Oh sorry to hear that. The pretty ones usually are fairly mentally unstable from my past experiences.

In fact, I have concluded that all women have something wrong with them. You just have to quickly figure out what it is before you tie the knot and see if it might be an issue down the road or something that can be overlooked.
