Forge Motorsport BPV Review.
Here is the product.
Forge Motorsport | Alloy Fabrication
Here is my video review.

I will make a correction to this already. It is not because of the Forge Motorsport BPV that my cat warm up cycle is not there anymore. It is because of my tune

I have the Forge BPV myself. If you havent already. put some real synthetic hightemp grease on it. will keep it from sticking on cold days until the car warms up. Mine would stick at 50degree cold starts until it was hot with the grease that came on it.

Mine doesn't surge like that at all. Mine is also greased with Mobil1 syn axle grease though. Also, I'm on the lighter spring, because the heavier one is unnecessary. (edit, just saw you're using the green spring now)
Also, you need to make very sure that the opening in the bottom half of the valve is facing towards the hole in the turbo. I forget off the top of my head which way. I mentioned it in the original Forge BPV thread.
edit: the slotted opening in the Forge valve should face down, towards the ground.

Great review. I will be picking one of this up tonight. I have had the random boosting only 5 psi a couple of times so hopefully this will clear it up. Thank you for the time spent making the review.

I did speak with Mike at Forge today. told him that the product fit our cars and that i was writing a review for CSS.NET and he kindly asked for all of the links.
He said he would try to get on and answer any questions he could. I also told him people are looking to uy the product so maybe we can convince him to do a Group Buy for people who do not have on yet.

Maybe I'll hook up the headrest camera mount this weekend. The sound I get when the car is cold is very different. It's a continuously open valve. You can hear it just very slowly go "pshoooooooooooooooooo". No flutter. Hahn intake w/ K&N drycharger, cat warmup tables are stock.

Very nice video. Good info as well.
One thing that perplexes me...what is it about the GM1 that causes the stock BPV to screw up? I have HPT and no problems what so ever. Must be something to do with direct boost control (via vacuum control solenoid that feeds BPV) vs HPT which uses DALS to override the stock boost levels.
