Blowing small amounts of oil into exhaust again.
Edit: I may have spoken too soon.. went out and tested some more and it seemed more like a compression issue so I tested. Cyl 1 compression is a little over 100 while the rest are 120 GREAT
Plugs still look good and no misfires. Been watching KR like a hawk. I still haven't seen any at all like ever. Guess I'm getting greedy with the boost. Probably just a small fracture in one of the ringlands. ZFR will have to wait now. Pistons and rods for LDK now. May as well get the head done too.

stay away from 27-30...? boo. Figured it'd be ok with that much boost
There is an e85 station about 20 minutes from my house I might try to have some fun with once I get better at Hp Tuners.

you burn more oil with forged pistons.

I'm hoping he isn't THAT far behind. But, my k04 is working fine and I didn't wait until my turbo went so I'm scrambling. I just knew eventually it'd need a rebuild or upgrade and the timing & price and info was right.

True, at a certain point it'll just be blowing hot air. hotter air in, less oxygen, more chance for detonation, higher egt's... all that jazz. Now I'm trying to talk myself out of getting meth on cyber Monday.

That was gonna be my next purchase but..... That will have to wait until after built block and head. Easy 400whp until the k04r blows oil again(likely soon ) . She's getting the best. Carrillo "A" design rods with wisecos. Head will likely flow more than turbo can throw at it. In due time my friend
And fwiw guys, if you plan on running around 28 psi or more all the time, open up the rings a bit. Especially with LDK pistons .
