Here's what I'm referring to -
I can reach those on mine quite easily with the shield removed, but I'm RWD. Might not be as easy for you.

Yeah, I had it on 26psi as well. Buddy of mine contacted TurboBay for me and they offered to rebuild it for a reasonable price

You may get lucky and just be able to tighten it but they are in there super tight so it may need to come out. Also the ZFR has the plugs in different spots

Yeah that is just a plug all of the k04s have them. Try tightening that all it needs. So far on the K04r that is having issues we have already talked about inspecting it. Waiting for Turbo to be sent in. I run the same Turbo on my personal car at 25lbs daily and no issues for the past several years. We stand behind our products.

Thanks for rubbing it in on both fronts - RWD and ease of access!

I'm hoping that I can just loosen the exhaust manifold heat shield to allow enough space for me to tighten them down. Seems as though it's only the lower plug. The last thing I want to do is remove the turbo just to tighten the plugs.

Also, it should be noted, I take responsibility for this and my original post on this matter will be edited to reflect this. I should have checked the plugs while I was transferring things over from the stocker.

Yeah, the cold pipe was leaking where it meets the intercooler. Ended up replacing all the clamps with T clamps to fix it.

The big difference is with the actuator upgrade to be able to hold boost. I was able to hold 28psi at 7k but i do not recommend that on 91 octane
