My plan would be to get a dyno on on the k04 with 91 (current tune) then get a dyno for k04r with 91 and finally get a dyno with k04r with e47

Well that's good news. When does the R start running out of breath?

Mine peaks around 5800 and carries nicely to 6700. I don't rev out past 6700, so I couldn't tell you.

I used to rev to 7k max it pulled pretty good even with a stupid dirty air filter

Why would it be a waste? I would think it would be a nice comparison of k04 vs k04r if not I could skip the k04r 91 dyno

The actuator is not needed for 91 therefore a waste

Yeah it might be a waste but in the end I will be getting a 91 tune either way on the k04r just in case I need to travel or I can't do e47 for some reason

Do you care enough to pay to see a dyno that is guaranteed to be lower than the E tune?

403/412 on my test stretch today... Ended the run at 6300 with 371whp.

23.94 psi, 20* of timing up top, E40 blend. I don't think more boost is going to do much.

Also, FWIW the car goes from vacuum to 20lbs of boost in .64 seconds

I know, I know "But bruh, it's not a REAL dyno. It doesn't count". In due time... New job consuming me at the moment.

Yeah I was gonna order 1 when I got in the mod to get a ko4r but Cali just don't like octane, so wasteful for sure to get the actuator lol and the closed e85 stations are like 3 hours away

Ya on 91 it's hard to get a good amount of timing in there so adding more boost just isn't a smart idea. You could always buy a meth kit. On my R with 94 and meth I ran 19°

Nice i should have it pretty soon, I'm waiting on some gaskets and hptuners to arrive. Go dyno what I have atm then dyno the k04r with e47 blend. If Kmo43 is available to tune next weekend I might take everything off Friday afternoon and reinstall everything on Saturday morning.

I found a shop where I should be able to dyno but still need to ask for how much

Are you worried about an air lock?
