Since Brandons car is done I've arranged to have my brother's 240 towed down Thursday night so we can throw the engine in it over the weekend.

I'm currently planning shipping of my engine and parts with Mongo should have it and be ready for install after the 240 is completed

After a couple day of trying to figure out how we're gonna ship all my stuff Mongo decided to split up the order and try FedEx which is half the price of shipping the crate. So as the timeline goes tonight I'm grabbing my brother's 240 from his place towing to mine and will be installing the engine over the next couple of days. It should be out by next weekend at the latest right around the time I'll be getting my engine.

On the one truck forum I'm on people ship crates through Fastenal (Pretty sure that's it). Its pretty affordable, but has to be from one Fastenal store to another. Also not sure if you can do it across borders, but might be something to look into for the future.

Ya may be something to look into. The rest of the stuff I'm looking at are all package type orders even the stroker kit for my truck

I found the post in case anyone is curious, I'm interested if they'll send it to a Canadian location. Seems too good to be true for us Canucks, all our shipping options suck. Anyways, here is the post.

michiganmetalworksNot sure how many people know this, so I will share something we recently were turned on to by @marvin_leigeb. Any Fastenal store accorss the country will ship a pallet of any size and any weight to another fastenal store anywhere for a very very reasonable price, usually 150$. This helped our dealer accounts out greatly, as I dropped off a 48" square pallet weighing 500lbs today to ship to Southern California, and paid 150$ to get there. UPS billed me 625$ for this same pallet 6 months ago. Huge savings, and we pass it on to our dealers! #michiganmetalworks #mmw #jeebusjoint #budgetseries #buybulksavemoney #supertooty

So I bought the OTTP upgraded main bolts. They say they come with ARP washers they are not ARP bolts. So I went on their site and did a review and rated them 1 star looked today he changed my name and rated them 5 stars with "worked great" that is the most shady thing I have ever seen in my dealings over the years buying performance parts

I deleted your review, I didn't change the name or update it. You gave the product 1 star based on you not reading the product description correctly....that's not a product review so I deleted it. Someone else with a different name reviewed the product a couple days ago and was approved.

What's shady is when a customer asks for a discount on an order of a few things and then when they order they change their mind from ARP main studs to OTTP main bolts. A lot of cobalt owners do this and I just let it go.....

I wasn't going to make a post on here about it because i thought my review would help buyers know you did the shady "ebay" type wording to gain sale on an lesser product. All i cared about is that other ppl wouldn't make the same mistake I did and knew they could just go to the bolt store and order them for 1/4 price
