Forge BPV are NOT an upgrade. They are a pain in the dick and not worth the $150.00 at all. They are too stiff even on the lowest spring and cause BPV solenoid issues as they are slower compared to stock. The stock BPV is the best choice.

You should NOT run a vent to atmosphere BPV or BOV without a tune, on the OEM BPV solenoid, and a MAF relocate it HIGHLY recommended to avoid rich spikes from releasing metered air. When doing the MAF relocate you can simply cut the plastic wire loom open and pull out the wires to move the MAF plug to its new location. No harness or wire cutting is needed on the Cobalts.

I have had a dollar for every argument I have caught over my analysis of the stock BPV solenoid, MAF relocate and VTA on blow through set ups, I would have a free s257 swap on my car lol

Add to it that a BPV, BOV, or MAF relocate are not power adders. People seem to think they are.

Forge Bypass Valve is a pain in the dick? How so? Installation was simple. Also the lightest spring is equivalent to stock. I've had mine for 2 years with not a single issue from it. I'm not a believer that they are slower then the stock BPV. Is there anything you can show that backs this information up? I do agree that it is not a power adder. I got mine because my stock BPV got stuck open, and the diaphragm started to tear.

3bar increases the boost the ecu can see accurately. Hptuners is a hardware and software that allows you to either tune the car yourself or have someone remote tune you or in person tune you

Depends if you want to go with full E85, E47, E30 etc. At a minimum you need a retune. If you want to run full E85 you will need upgraded cam and probably injectors.

You can run E30 with just a retune usually.

If I had gms1 sensors do I need to get a custom tune for the effect or can I just install and I’m good to go?

You will need a tune to run the sensors. Either the gms1 tune or a custom tune

No the stock downpipe is removed as one piece and is replaced with no cutting. If you replace the catback portion of the exhaust you have to cut the stock catback

The TOB is really only an issue for people that replace the clutch. Some people install the new TOB wrong and it leads to issues
