LNF k frame support for swap

I'm going to be doing my swap this weekend hopefully. I would love to see what you guys used as a support when dropping the engine/trans on the k frame. My plan is to build a box support with some 4x4's and 2x8's on castors about 3' high and. lift the car off of it, I do have access to a lift. Thanks!

If i have a lift i used jack stands.

If i dont have a lift i use a pallet jack, 2 jacks and then i brace the motor using a pallet and 2x4s

I put an engine dolly under with some 2x4s and lowered the car till engine sat on it then unbolted and raised the car.

I have a pallet jack that lifts 36 inches off the ground. I got all the work up top done first then measured to see how high I needed the car to slide the assembly out. Jacked it up, disconnected everything on bottom side and slid it out.
