LNF PCV Anti-coking drain back system

So here it is.

The kit shown here is made with #6 JIC 37 deg. lines, but it did not show enough of a cost differential to make it a reduce cost item, so all kits will feature AN 6 black braided hose breather lines, black an fittings and stainless AN4 return line , with all needed and complete hardware and oil return. The seperator has a filter, and a check valve, and is designed to maintain OEM design intent vacuum through the PCV system.

Folks need so specify the air inlet system ( Hahn/K&N/OEM) they have, and it is for the delta model and Kappa (LNF) models.
An LSJ system would be different but I dont have consensus as to what folks want, so I will probably do my own LSJ and say "thats it" .

$350. First 10 sets may have a discount thats up to Kweenredline....contact gloria@powellraceshop.com.

the fuel line disconnect is pictured here on the right, but from our PC exchange rocker cover experience , we wont be sending out the quick disconnect tool, they dont come back...

So: no cutting required. mounts easily with no holes to drill on K&N and Hahn air filter installs. Two holes to drill for the OEM air filter install, and there you go.... oh, and you will need a fuel line disconnect tool. Full install instructions emailed with each kit, once we know what air inlet you run.
This system was developed after a lot of engineering consultation wtih a certain auto manufacturer, and product testing by Loki and Wangspeed.
Hope lotsa people want this. I doubt we will be doing any Black Friday sales this year....fyi... thanks for considering genuine Powell hardcore raceparts.

This is what a real air oil separator looks like. Not like the useless cans that get sold on eBay.

This would be it.

I have not switched Loki's over to the proper oil seperator, this is one of the trial prototypes with a Moroso seperator, and stainless hose /blue/red fittings. The new seperator is more compact and lighter, comes with a check valve in the breather vent line.

Size: 1.19 MB on a K&N setup. I will have Hahn install done, probably on Saturday with any luck, tomorrow is a write off and Friday I am back on the skid pad...

I'm guessing this would be a good investment since I'm on the EFR now. I heard you have to check your oil more frequently with catch cans and they like to fill up quick at track events. Wangspeed how many times a month do you empty it out, and how is it at the track.

Unless I am mistaken this returns the oil, rather than acting as a reservoir. There is no emptying it out.

this is true.Sox fan is not like Padlock lol, he looks beyond the pictures. Seriously, Wangspeed was catching it to see what the accumulation was. And you know by now, Warren is methodical, smart, technically savvy, can drive a car just fine on the track and wants to know more. Thus, its important to understand how much freekin' oil is travelling into the inlet tract and going on to the valve stems. We understand it plenty, in part thanks to wangspeeds work.

another tip? GM put a drain pan on the stock intercooler.

I got about 12 ounces of oil over 2 days at a very hot event. The first day, it blew out much quicker. The rate dropped dramatically on the second.

I hardly ever have to empty it for the street. I drive a total of a little over an hour on a work day. In a month, I'll get maybe an ounce.

Since there are recycle bins at the track, I didn't, but there's nothing wrong with that oil. You can see that it's clear of gas or coolant.

So should I get this even though I don't really catch much with my MPx Oil catch can?

Plus I fought tooth and nail getting that hose off so I could get the MPx catch can on. I don't have that hose anymore (I don't think, looking after this post)

Advice please
