May have solved 100% E85 on LNF puzzle

Ok I had less then 2 gallons in the tank of e85 left. Put 6.25 gallons of 93 in the car and reloaded the tune. Car spit and sputtered for 15 mins at idle. I held it at 3500rpms for 30 seconds and it seemed to be fine then. But on my way home(31 miles) running from a tornado I noticed my exhaust at points would sound like it was camed and the cat was gone. At other points it was fine. No codes at all seems to run fine. So tell me what I done wrong.

id recommend running the car down to as low as possible before switching maps. I know I have a 13 gallon tank with a 3 gallon reserve so when I switch I run it for around 30 miles with the light on so that should leave me with a gallon or less in the tank. Then fill it up with the other gas and if its 93 to E85 then take it easy for half a tank then refill with E85 and go at it. E85 to 93 its a tad more lenient because if anything it will just raise the octane a little bit but you still want less then 10% E85 left in there. Completely different car but im sure its the same idea.

Aww man that sucks bad. It's got more power on an 80 degree day running E than on 91 around 35 degrees...
Gotta get that cam driven fuel pump wrapped out. Power band is nuts now.

I noticed a difference in the sound of my exhaust since I did this. Kinda hear a sputter/slight backfire sound from the stock exhaust. Car runs great though and Vince said my datalog is good so I'm not worried lol

What's a good way to drain the fuel tank? I've read on a 'Vette forum that someone rigged up a switch to run the fuel pump and they disconnected the fuel line under the hood and flip the switch... having the fuel pump do the work for them.
Not certain I really want to go this route, as I'm not certain how to do it actually. But for someone like me who is looking at swapping back and forth between 93 and E85 several times a month I need a good way to pull this off.
Still waiting to get the tune... don't have my upgraded clutch/flywheel in the car yet, well, I have the clutch mounted, don't have the tranny back in the GXP yet to be accurate.

look up cammed LS1, they sound like pop corn poppers, it means there is an aggressive cam profile, it makes the exhaust note unique but has nothing to do with the actual exhaust piping.
