Ordered it along with the forge bpv, hopefully its a smooth install gonna try the zipties. Also hoping i dont have to take my intake off for the bpv because I want to experiment with both springs. I know the green is rec, but I hear people say one works best with their car.

Not to get off topic, but yellow spring is recommended, PM me if you want.

I ordered it as well. Maybe we can help each other out when we install.

What a pain in the aSS

Did you guys use the band clamps? My hoses feel super tight? Its tighter on the valve and Turbo than it is on the catch can.

Taking off the mesh hose thing is stupid hard, but once you get that off it's easy.

any problem with hooking up both crank case lines to the inlet side of the can and both lines (one to the intake/one to the turbo) on the outlet side of the can? or since thats a fresh air breather swap those lines?

Installed the MPx on my HHR SS this weekend, faced the level to the rear as I felt it looked cleaner, and also opted to buy fuel line versus the silicone hose it came with for a more OEM look. With the right pick tool and some patience I got the hose off just fine, the only fighting I did was with the 10mm on the flange bolt to the turbo-

No, that post is wrong. If you look at my first post, it is the line circled in orange.

Wish I knew to buy these. I followed the directions that came with the oil catch can.

Use a small screw driver to pry back the clips..... Yeah right, what fun that was...

Just get the fuel line removers shown in the pic above.

Will make life way easier when doing the install.
If I had those it would have been cake installing this, but trying to do it with a screw driver....
There were a few swear words that day....
