Need some help for smog please!

So I currently have 2 CEL codes right now and they are P2261 and P0497. The 2261 is for "service turbo bpv" but when I took my stock bpv out, everything looked fine. No damage or tear anywhere! It also sounds the same, I did some research and came to the conclusion that if the stock bpv rubber is damaged or torn then you would get flutter and it will sound differently but mine still sounds the same as day one when I bought the car. A quick back track, car is fully bolted and has zfr upgrade running catless DP. Something to note about my car too is sometimes I would just get random backfires from driving normally and on cold start-ups my idle will go up to about 1.2k rpm and drop back down to like 800 and go back and fourth. I barely recently turned the cat warm up cycle back on.

The 407 is for evap purge low flow. I've changed that stupid solenoid or whatever it was called again twice already about 4-5 months ago. Could they go bad that quickly? I suppose that's why autozone put a lifetime warrenty on them. LOL

One last thing to note about the random backfires and weird cold start idling is when I reset my ecm, the car runs nice again. Then after a while when the codes come back it starts acting up again. I'm HP tuned btw. I don't think it's the tune of course because I just recently switched tuners and I was having the same issues on the previous tune as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

its most likely ur bpv solenoid, the ecu has no way of seeing ur bpv isn't working, all it has going to it is a vac line, but the solenoid is controlled by ecu and if its having an issue it will throw a code. do like some of us do, save some money and eliminate it altogether.

Never heard of that one under the gas tank. Any pics? Also, what do u mean by save up and eliminate it all together and delete the bpv codes? Would that make me fail my smog test because it's disabled? LOL Sorry, I'm pretty confused about this situation.
