h beams are stronger and slightly lighter. if they are the same price just go with the better rod....it sucks they dont make i-beam rods lol......thats all i use in my builds so this will be the first without them unless k1 desides to go the ibeam route.

H beams usually are stronger but there are purpose built I beam rods which are very light for engines that use super light weight rotating assemblies. These are not used on street cars where long range durability is the major factor.

sorry guys, there are simply not enough LNFs to have "cheap" parts like these... you're goig to pay $300 for a CAI, etc.... just the way things work, the LNF platform is not a high volume platform... its why there are about, ohh 200? different cam profiles for a LS1
