I'd need a bigger turbo to max them plus also I'm not planning on running anything more than E47 so I don't think I'll need a crazy amount of fuel

Why not build a stronger fuel rail, hpfp, and lines and turn the pressure up?

you really think someone can just go out in the garage and build a new hpfp?

its been 6 years since they made the lnf and theyre just now coming out with bigger injectors. this kind of stuff takes real engineers to create

wtf do you need a stronger fuel rail for? have you ever looked at your rails max pressure rating.....3000psi? even dudes on big power arent maxing it out.

the hpfp is not an an easy thing to re-engineer and make stronger without looking into other components along with it.

This is def interesting. I wonder if other Bosch hp injectors work, I know the LNFs injectors are an upgrade for the VW/Audi guys TSI engine, but they have a number of other injectors also.

This could be a game changer in the "lsj-t is better than lnf because of fueling" game. Supports up to 800hp, wow, I'm guessing that would be on something different than e85, or do these flow enough to supply a high volume of e85.
Anyone know how the opels would compare to these flow wise as they are supposed to be 10% higher capability than lnf.

Hi guys, thank you for the interest! We can make these injectors for up to 35g/sec flow rates, which is approximately 2.5x the flow rate of the factory injectors, making them *much* larger than the Opel injectors. They are also a direct drop-in, using the same electrical connection, fuel rail, etc etc.
Let me know if I can answer any more questions.

Do you have the required injector specs to swap to them using hptuners?

I dont think forum rules allow them to discuss that publicly.

I'm gonna guess $500-$700 given the going rate for other aftermarket DI injectors

Yes, they are provided with a full calibration datasheet, scaled according to the pressure steps of the tables in HP tuners so it is a simple copy/paste job.

We have not yet released pricing information since these will most likely be distributed by a 3rd party, but expect a full set of injectors to be cheaper than doing supplemental fueling via a set of port injectors.

Can I be the first to buy / test these?

IMHO, the rail and the injectors aren't the problem. If the HPFP cannot keep up to feed them, what's the point of increasing the flow rate of the injector?

Yes i do agree that a better HPFP would solve a ton of our fueling issues but if I'm gonna buy opels anyways why not go even bigger

Because the new injectors will probably flow more than the stock hpfp could keep up with.
