P0101 code did a boost leak test, no boost leaks.

OK so I have been having a issue with p0101 code, obviously it's 99% of the time a boost leak so I did a test and it held 28psi for 20-30 seconds... no there was no hissing noises.

Well here is the total list on my car.

K04 with dejon pipes maf relocated to hot side after a synapse bov. S max intercooler with dejon lower charge pipe. 3 bar map sensors.

Vacuum tank deleted and bpv solenoid deleted. I have vacuum lines running straight from intake manifold to both my bpv and bov.

Yes I'm trying to tune it currently through Kevin but can't send a log because it will randomly take a **** on stft and show -30 stft sometimes and other be -3 in the same damn cell. So what's happening is literally as soon as I hit 0 psi and start to go into boost. It immediately drops into limp mode. Drives fine but slower then dog ****.

I swapped the maf with a new one to test. Still does it. Swapped my map sensor in lower charge pipe. Still does it.. I'm thinking it's one of 2 things (maf metal side touching the pipe) or ( need to up my max maf frequency) the housing where the maf goes is much smaller then what a normal intake pipe looks like.

Ideals?

Did I read the OP right, running the bpv and bov? Pick one, no need for both.

That is not going to impact my p0101 code, yes I know, I just don't have a block plate so it'll have to do

Did Kevin send you an updated base file for the maf relocation? If not that's most likely why you are getting a p0101

Fwiw, p0101 is less likely to be caused by a boost leak because it's relocated. Another reason me no likey MAF relocate. Takes some diagnostic abilities away from the stock setup.

I think your ideas of what could be the issue are spot on. I would ohm out all of the MAF wiring to make sure resistance isn't the issue. If it has always ran crappie with that MAF setup, even after MAF Calibrations, I would suspect MAF placement within the pipe could be the biggest issue. Either it's not centered in the pipe or its too close to a bend in the piping. Air needs a strait shot in front of and behind MAF to read most accurately.

I was dealing with a P0101 code for a few weeks a couple months ago, not totally sure what fixed it but this is what i did.
I boost leak tested and actually had micro leaks in my lower charge pipe. After fixing all leaks it still came back. doing some research few people mentioned that a CAI can skew the MAF sensor and trip the code. At the same time i upgraded my clamps and got a re tune for my DP. Never came back on again.
