Thank you so much ECaulk. I just ordered one. Should more than likely have this replaced within the next week. Hopefully this fixes the issue.
CudaJoe - My CMD AFR at idle is 14.69 and under 100% acceleration it is 12.75.
LTFT is pretty dormant at -.7. STFT fluctuates.
I disconnected the Evap hose on the intake, didn't change the STFT at all. Hopefully this O2 sensor will do it.

Well guys, I think the issue has been solved. I bought the upstream O2 from Amazon and I replaced it. The A/F on my interceptor reads right around 14.5-14.8 now. I cleared the codes about 15 miles ago. I've done a couple pulls since then and it feels completely different. It's a whole new world. I didn't know what I was missing! I think the light has been solved!
