PCV line from air intake to valve cover

I’ve been reading a lot on the forums about getting oil spray in the intake tube. I have a K&N Sri and get oil in it and it soaked the bottom of the filter in the past 6k miles. I pulled the line off and is that a one way valve on the braided line? Cause I can get air to pass through both ways. I don’t want to replace it with the revised line if I don’t have to and don’t have enough funds for the Powell oil/air separator at the moment.

I already replaced the one in the manifold when I did a valve cleaning job because it was a cheap replacement and was already in there.

The line that goes from the VC to right behind the airbox DOES have a check valve, the one that goes from the VC to the compressor of the turbo does NOT have a check valve. If the valve in the first line allows flow both ways, it needs to be replaced. That is the fresh air inlet.

Thanks for the quick reply. I seen the flow arrow on the valve and was afraid of that. I guess I’ll have to order a new one.
