Yes, it's a steel mesh that shouldn't break down, but how far down does that inlet go? Ideally, it should force the gases through more of the media by going halfway down or so, using a perforated tube, or dividing the two sides partway down. This gives the oil a better chance to condense onto the media.

If you really wanna buy a catch can and can't wait, go to Princess Auto or someplace like it and get one of the hydraulic ones. Same ****, industrial, durable, and powdercoated. They go for like 10-20$ Canadian too. And if you really want go get it engraved with whatever the hell you want for like 2$.

Nothing to say you can not powder coat it over. Ano is easy to clean off with a light blast, all you would or your coated have to do is take off the ball valve and plastic push connects plug then and give it a nice coat of color of choice. I pwesonaly would only charge about 20 bucks for this.
Looks good by the way I will be keeping a eye on price for a good buy.

Then thats a good question. Kind of depends how big the shop is and if they have anyone to do emails etc. CP-e is only run buy fab and engineers so email responses were slow.

We respond to emails daily, and unless it was an accident, we respond to every email sent into us.

Ive given all of the information we can currently give though, we are working hard to produce these, and are custom machining the fittings currently to make this a perfect direct fit product.

You guys need to give us some time here, we havent forgotten about this, and bumping it isnt going to help us speed this up at all.

Hang tight guys.

my friend just got his mpx oil catch can today, and i got to tell al you guys, it is worth $118. the can is so solid and look so professional. i take back what i said earlier in this thread, it is for sure worth to wait. so i thought the can has a screen to block the oil, but all i see is steel mesh inside the can. can someone vertify this with me?
