PO101 not quite

PO101 not quite
Only threw the code once, its a code that always ends up as a pending code. 2008 SS/TC. Randomly will only boost to 5psi. If I hook up actron scanner and clear pending codes while driving it will boost up to about 15psi again. < which I believe is normal. Only does the underboost underpowered stuff occasionally. Like I said clearing codes seems to make it work fine again.

If I had a leak wouldn't it not be able to reach full boost for a majority of the time. I can drive it 2 days without a problem, then randomly it will go into that limp mode....untill I clear the pending code.

I made the boost leak tester. I just got done testing, the system seems to be holding pressure just fine and the only place I can hear a tiny tiny bit of air coming from is the hose off of the engine for the PCV valve where I disconnected it from the intake.

I replaced the MAF just to get that out of the way. Code still comes back in the pending. I clear it before it actually shows up on the dash. I hate driving in limp mode. When its cold and starting the car it sometimes has a missfire till it warms up a bit. Idk if it's related or not. This is driving me nuts as I have to keep the DTC code eraser in the car at all times when I'm driving.

The other negative to constantly clearing your codes is your fuel trims will never settle in. Every time you clear the codes your trims start back at zero. Not a big deal if you're bone stock though.
The other day I did a bunch of work to my car, had the bumper off, disconnected a bunch of boost pipes etc.
Got all done, went for a drive, 5 miles away from home I finally got on it and POP off came a boost pipe.
Zero boost of course and after I got to my destination and re started the car it threw the P101 just like you.
I also would lean toward a small boost leak.

Ok lets talk about this, your LTFT is unacceptable.
+- 5 is ok. 10 is not good but is fine short term.
20 means you need to fix your ****.
If running stock or GMS1 you should see +-5%.
Find your boost/air leak.
Have you taken off the bumper and inspected the intercooler.
