Posting a video of a problem

Can I post a short video of a problem I'm with turbo boost surge when I put the foot down to 15 psi I have trifecta good to 21 psi it will surge up to past 15 then back down then up again a little less severe I'm wondering if this is a turbo problem a trifecta program or a slipping clutch

Turbo surge wouldn't be caused by a slipping clutch

Do the vaccum tank delete, it will fix that.
