My car would fail inspection even if I had hollowed cats. My car smells like a Nascar Event. No denying the fumes over here.

That's why I bought a bolton downpipe, so I can put the stockers back on next year.

i live in a non-emissions county, but in texas if your car passes obd2 check (rear 02 sensor turned off or has a simulator) they dont even check for a cat

 

I have been BUSY. Sorry I haven't been posting very often.

I'd like to thank all of the people I have tuned over the last 6 weeks, you guys have been great and I really appreciate all of you keeping me so busy! I am sure almost all of you have been happy with the results as well.

My next goal shouldn't be a difficult one, I WANT TO MAKE 300WHP on the LNF. I don't care if it's front wheels or rear wheels. I realize that doing that on tune alone will not be easy, and so far all of the modifications I have seen have not netted any significant or measurable gains. I will figure out how to do this soon.

James is scheduling another Group Dyno day in Houston, which I will be a part of again. We were there 2 weekends ago and even with all of the people displaced from Hurricane Ike we still managed to get 14 cars together. We are organizing this next event for those who couldn't come back in time for the event, and for those who held out for other reasons.

 

how long do you think it might take you to break the 300 on just the tune? reason why i ask is id like to get that revision of the tune before i move back to el paso, theres a big chance that may be happening, dont want to but **** hit us hard this weekend. let me know what the status is steve. thanks

 

I won't be able to make that kind of power for a little while. I need to get a car to the dyno again anyhow, I'll try something at my next group tune day.

i now how to break 300 whp and about 350 ftlbs with an ss/tc.

 

its still not for sure but its not looking to good as of now. hopefully im still around when u get to the 300whp

 

well i will be pretty close. this friday i will be installing my synapse intercoller/piping, synapse downpipe, custom 3 in exhaust w/ magnaflow muffler, and im already pykotuned.

everything went in great i wasnt able to install my catback due to ups reschduling my package it will be on tomorrow. tomorrow night im takin it to the track so i will get sum sound clip sat afternoon i got sum dyno time wit pyko steve and hes going to retune me. but so far the car is a beast i need to get tires im breakn them loose on the stockers

well just got back from the Dyno with FF_Ace's car.

Baseline stock pulls were 215/246. After tune and intercooler, charge pipes,and catless DP the power was 297.5fwhp and 346.7fwtq

This is on 91 octane.

 

thats just rediculous....
