The GMS1 setup went 13.8 @ 103 last year. I think I might have a chance at cracking 12's with drag radials this season. Pretty impressive if you consider that the track I race at is 5800ft above sea level and regularly has a 7000+ft DA.

I NLS the **** out of it. You just can't hear it because my GoPro has the full cover on it.
As far as timewise, I didn't really look at it. I just know on the E85 tune, I'm going 130mph when the GMS1 tune would still only be going about 119-120mph. And no, different boost. GMS1 usually made about ~22psi with a 23psi spike sometimes because I'm at such high altitude (6000ft). The E85 tune runs ~24psi, but doesn't taper off as bad as the GMS1 tune did.
