Rough Start Up

Rough Start Up
I've been having an issue the last 2 days with my car running very loud after a cold start. Once the car warms up a bit it sounds completely normal and drives great. I took it to a dealer and i got code P0014 ("B" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Advanced or System Performance). The tech put in a new Exhaust Cam Solenoid and i thought that would fix the problem.
It didn't. Now when i cold start the car i don't get a code but it still makes a weird rough fluttering noise as if the engine is going to fast for itself to handle.
I just had a oil change a month ago and my oil levels are good. I'm kinda lost now as to whats wrong with the car. My internet searching it pointing me towards the Timing Chain Tensioner. Anybody have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance for any help.
EDIT: I pulled the car in my garage and got code P0014 again. Anybody with experience in this please help.

I had the exact same issue. It would variably throw both intake and exhaust codes but constantly exhaust. Did a resistance test and the both were within spec. Changed both sensors anyway and it 100% fixed the issue. Car hasn't ran this good in 2 years. Worth the 45$ even if your not sure.
Cheapest place to start anyway.

The resistance only checks the coil in the solenoid to see if it's burned. If there's debris in the piston of it, or it's sludged up from infrequent oil changes or poor quality oil, it can still pass the resistance test and not work properly. Happens all the time on these and on the newer BMWs, really key to keep good oil in the car and change it more often than the car recommends. Or get used to replacing the VVT solenoids on a regular basis, they are cheap and easy on this platform.
